Case Study: Retreat at Mountain Brook Apartments
Challenge
Field measure and create Revit models and drawings of all apartment unit types, buildings, and site in an existing apartment complex with 517 units and no drawings of existing buildings. Help to revitalize the apartment complex’s image.
Process
We measured and modeled each type of apartment unit and each apartment building in Revit and provided documentation for the architect to use for renovations. We provided 3-D renderings and floor plans of each type of apartment unit for marketing purposes.
Results
Arlington Properties used the collected information, drawings, and models for renovations and marketing.
