Below is a list of factors that affect project costs. We’d love to create a custom quote for your project. If you don’t know the answers to some of these questions, we can help you find them.

  1. Project location
  2. Times when the building will be accessible to us.
  3. Whether other people will be in the building when we’re there.
  4. Approximate area of site.
  5. Approximate area of building or space.
  6. Will this be strictly to determine the area, or will we need to build a Revit model and provide detailed drawings?
  7. Is the space full of small rooms (like a house), or is it primarily open (like a gymnasium)?
  8. How much stuff (like furniture or inventory) is inside the space, and what kind of stuff is it?
  9. Will you need a virtual tour for marketing or for reference by the design team when they’re working on drawings?
  10. If you need a virtual tour, how long will you need it for?
  11. Will you need special documentation on the virtual tour, such as enlarged photos of mechanical equipment labels?
