Case Study: PJ's Coffee
Challenge
Provide drawings and a Revit model of existing conditions at a closed Popeye’s that will become a PJs Coffee.
Process
We visited the job site to make a Matterport scan and virtual tour. We then converted the scan into a Revit model and drawings for use by PJ’s architect and engineers.
Results
PJ’s Coffee design team, who are not local, will be able to design the renovation concept and drawings using mostly the information we provided them, greatly reducing the time and expense of making visits to the job site themselves.
