As part of a tenant fit-out project, Chick-fil-A needed to squeeze their mechanical equipment onto a small area of roof and a mechanical platform that were already congested with equipment, pipes, and structure.
Process
Eureka’s team deployed a scanner to the site to get a point cloud file that the architectural and engineering team could use to plan equipment that would not conflict with existing obstacles.
Results
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment was installed in tight areas without conflicts.
